Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Core onion making it look like a bowl
  • Take core of onion and chop
  • In mixing bowl, mix together chopped onion, bread crumbs, celery, cornmeal, butter, chili powder and oregano
  • Fill each onion with filling
  • Put in baking dish
  • Add water to dish and cover
  • Bake at 400 degrees until onions are tender, about 35 minutes
