My best friend lives in Mexico City. We get together once a year for fishing and fun. Every year we pick a good quality tequilla that we have not tried. It is S.O.P. in Mexico to serve good tequilla frozen with 1/2 of a serrano and a small wedge of lime in the glass.
I like your idea of prepping the entire bottle before hand. And looking forward to adding the garlic and onion... Great Post ....... ;-)~ Jim
