How to make it

  • Wash strawberries, and cut the tops off. Let strawberries drain. Mix together heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and the brandy. Beat with a mixer until this becomes thick. Place strawberries into glasses and spoon over the sauce.

    Had some nice strawberries in the frige and had to try your recipe. REALLY GOOD!! Am having some friends over next week and will definately serve this. Thanks!

    Man I love La Madeleine's Strawberries Romanoff! ALMOST as much as I love their Tomato Basil Soup! THAT is heaven in a cup.
