How to make it

  • Chop the parsley finely, mix with the rest of the ingredients well.
  • Pat the mix to a flat claypot so that it is 3 - 4 mm thick.
  • Arrange tomato and pepper slices on the mix.
  • Thin the tomato paste with warm water and pour over.
  • Bake for about an hour in 350 F oven.
  • Serve with thin, kebap bread
