Christmas Cake

- 8 ounces Philadelphia Brand cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup Parkay margarine shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 1/4 cups sifted cake flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 cup candied fruit (any mixture) shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list

- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
- candied pineapple slices shopping list
- candied cherries shopping list
How to make it
- Thoroughly blend softened cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually
- add 2 cups flour sifted with baking powder. Combine 1/4 cup flour and candied fruit and 1/2 cup chopped nuts; fold into batter.
- Grease 10" bundt or tube pan; sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Pour batter into pan; bake at 325 degrees, 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Cool five minutes; remove from pan. Garnish with candied pineapple and cherries.
