  • Ribs
  • 2 lb boneless coutry stye pork loin ribs
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetend juice, undrained
  • Sauce
  • 3/4 C ketchup
  • 3 Tbl brown sugar
  • 3 Tbl hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp grated gingerroot

Directions
  1. Spray a 3 1/2 to 4 Qt slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Place pork ribs, garlic, and onion in the slow cooker
  3. Spoon about half the pineapple with some of the juice over the ribs
  4. Reserve remaining pineapple and juice
  5. Cover and cook 8 - 10 hours on low setting or until tender
  6. About 35 minutes before serving, drain and discard cooking juices from slow cooker; wipe edge of slow cooker clean
  7. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, gingerroot and remaining pineapple with juice; mix well
  8. Spoon or pour evenly over ribs
  9. Increase heat setting to high; cover and cook an additional 25 to 30 mintues or until ribs are glazed
