White Chocolate Eggnog Fudge Recipe
The first time I made this fudge I couldn't believe how incredible it tasted! I love to sprinkle additional nutmeg on top for a finishing touch!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (one-half stick) real butter
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup refrigerated dairy eggnog
  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate baking chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Directions
  1. Prepare 8 or 9-inch square pan by lining with either parchment paper or aluminum foil
  2. Spray lined pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In heavy saucepan on medium heat, place first five ingredients (butter, marshmallows, eggnog, sugar, and salt).
  4. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil and continue to cook and stir for five full minutes.
  5. Remove from heat after the five minutes and add white chocolate chips.
  6. Stir thoroughly until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.
  7. Add grated nutmeg and mix well.
  8. Pour into prepared pan and pat evenly.
  9. If desired, sprinkle additional nutmeg on top of fudge in pan!
  10. Cool and cut into small squares.
  11. Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
  12. May refrigerate if fudge gets too soft.
