Ingredients
- 2-3 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin shopping list
- 3 c. hot water shopping list
- 1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 3 bananas diced shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 1 c. nuts, chopped shopping list
- 1 c. pineapple juice, heated shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 T. flour shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water and cool
- add: pineapple,bananas marshmallows and nuts
- Chill in 9x13 in. pan until firm
- add: sugar and flour to beaten egg
- Mix with heated pineapple juice, and cook until thickened
- Cool, Fold in whipping cream
- spread on gelatin
- Chill
- Enjoy!:)

this is cool..The flour keeps it all together...i know that high acidic foods such as the Pineapple in this recipe break down the gelatin and keep it from fully forming.
