My husband and I love to eat these with salads and light meals... or sometimes just by themselves...You can use any type of seasoning on them to change it up....

I just did a variation of this ..
tried to stick with the garlic and lemon theme...
used the spices and seasoning i had on hand...
1 tsp garlic & parsley salt
2 tsp onion salt
a bit of chili powder
1 tsp lemon thyme
the amount of oil is perfect as are the cooking times and temp...
the other thing that i really liked about this recipe is the idea of splitting the pita open...
the thinner pita wedges crisp up nicely and make for a good crunchy chip...
don't ask me why- but i would probably not have done that...even though it is such an obvious thing...
thanks zena...
