Chesapeake Bay Stuffed Burger

- 2 pounds ground chuck shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups crabmeat shopping list
- 4 Sesame seed buns shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 6 tablespoons saltines - crushed shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon horseradish shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic & herb salt Free seasonings shopping list
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped green onion shopping list
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh ground sea salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper shopping list
- Fresh green leaf lettuce shopping list
- fresh tomato slices shopping list
- Swiss cheese slices shopping list
How to make it
- Season ground chuck with horseradish, garlic and herb seasonings, salt and pepper.
- Divide into eight, 1/4-pound patties about 1/4 inch x 5 inches.
- Make crab stuffing by combining crabmeat and remaining ingredients. (leave the buns out though, lol)
- Divide one cup stuffing between four of the patties.
- Flatten crabmeat slightly, leaving about 1/2 inch around edge.
- Place a remaining patty on top of each and crimp the edges with fork, once around on each side. (You might have to reshape the meat a bit)
- Grill on medium-high 15 to 18 minutes, adjusting time and temperature as needed.
- Top with swiss cheese during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
- Serve on sesame seed buns and top with lettuce and tomato.
- Enjoy!
