Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 1/2 cups Crabmeat
  • 4 Sesame seed buns
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 6 tablespoons Saltines - crushed
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic & Herb Salt Free Seasonings
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped green onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground sea salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
  • Fresh green leaf lettuce
  • Fresh tomato slices
  • Swiss cheese slices

Directions
  1. Season ground chuck with horseradish, garlic and herb seasonings, salt and pepper.
  2. Divide into eight, 1/4-pound patties about 1/4 inch x 5 inches.
  3. Make crab stuffing by combining crabmeat and remaining ingredients. (leave the buns out though, lol)
  4. Divide one cup stuffing between four of the patties.
  5. Flatten crabmeat slightly, leaving about 1/2 inch around edge.
  6. Place a remaining patty on top of each and crimp the edges with fork, once around on each side. (You might have to reshape the meat a bit)
  7. Grill on medium-high 15 to 18 minutes, adjusting time and temperature as needed.
  8. Top with swiss cheese during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
  9. Serve on sesame seed buns and top with lettuce and tomato.
  10. Enjoy!
