Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. grainy mustard

2 tsp. lemon juice, fresh

2 scallions, finely chopped

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped or 1/4 tsp. dried

1 tsp. fresh basil, finely chopped or 1/4 tsp. dried

1 tsp. fresh oregano, finely chopped or 1/4 tsp. dried

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 1 day before using as marinade

Marinates 1 1/2 lbs.
