Ingredients
  • VERY EASY N DELICIOUS BURRITO BAKE
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained well
  • 1 onion chopped and cooked with beef (optional)
  • 1/2 c salsa
  • 1 c cheese (your choice type)
  • ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  • SERVE WITH
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 c. salsa
  • Sour cream
  • ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  • Grease pie plate; mix Bisquick and water.
  • Spread in bake dish.
  • Layer beans and ground beef. (optional onion)
  • Cheese over this.
  • 1/2 cup salsa over all
  • Bake 30 minutes.
  • ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  • Serve with sour cream, avocados and salsa.
