Royal Coconut Cake With Blueberry Filling

- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1 Tbs. baking powder shopping list
- 14/ tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 stick butter divided shopping list
- 1 cup vanilla syrup ( separate recipe ) shopping list
- 1 recipe bluebery cocnut filling ( separate recipe ) shopping list
- 1 recipe cream cheese frosting ( separate recipe ) shopping list
- vanilla syrup: shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla pure extract shopping list
- coconut Bluberry filling shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream cheese shopping list
- 1 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup blueberry syrup shopping list
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest shopping list
- 1 Tbs jarred blueberries , drained well shopping list
- 1 cup coconut shopping list
- Cream Cheese frosting: shopping list
- 6 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1 stick butter softened shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 4 cups powder sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbs milk or cream shopping list
- 1 tbs vanlla extract shopping list
- Garnish: fresh flowers ( edible ) as desired shopping list
- Pipe on tinted cream cheese frosting that has beeen beaten with some heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Cake:
- Butter and flour 3, 9 inch cake pans.
- Line with wax paper.
- Sift dry ingredients except sugar
- Beat eggs and sugar till well blended and then beat in butter, milk and vanilla.
- Blend in flour mixture on low speed until well blended.
- Divide batter in pans.
- Bake 350 F about 20 minutes or tested done.
- Cool in pans.
- Then using pastry brush, brush cooled layers with vanilla syrup.
- Let cake layers soak up all syrup.
- For vanilla syrup bring all to a boil for 3 minutes and then remove and cool completely.
- For filling:
- Mix all until well combined and chill well.
- To assemble cake:
- Fill all layers and even spread top with the coconut blueberry filling.
- At this point chill well or freeze if desired.
- For frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Beat in salt and sugar and milk and vanilla until silky and smoth
- Carefully frost cake.
- Garnish as desired
