Crock Pot Rattlesnake Stew Recipe

Ingredients

1 onion chopped

1 cup of chopped celery

4 medium potatoes diced

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1 cup of chopped carrots

1 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

1 14 ounce can of beef broth

2 tablespoons of cornstarch

Pinch of sugar

¼ cup of lemon juice

2 pounds of rattlesnake meat

Directions

Cook the rattlesnake meat in water and lemon juice for 1 hour.

Remove and separate the meat from the bones.

Mix the meat with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl well then add to the crockpot.

Cook on low for 8 hours

Serve
