Ingredients

6 Large Whole Pickles

6 Slices of Pastrami or Ham, sliced medium thick (You can use more if you like for a double wrap)

8 Oz of Cream Cheese

Directions

Spread room tempature Cream Cheese over meat slices (generous)

Wrap meat slices around dill pickles

Enjoy!

I will have to try this recipe for sure! My family makes something very similar with the thick rectangle ham slices (from a package), cream cheese, and homemade pickled asparagus all rolled up; we slice it into bite size pieces and put toothpicks in it for a yummy appetizer....mmmm.
