Sour Cream Muffins With An Attitude

Quick and easy. Only 3 ingredients. Delicious and moist. So dependable. So versatile. A winner recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup regular sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 1 cup melted unsalted butter shopping list
- Wonderful served when there is no time to make home made rolls shopping list
- For sweet muffins: streusel topping, added flavorings, grated lemon or orange rind, or just plain jellies, jams, preserves shopping list
- SO GOOD! :) shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, mix the sour cream and flour
- Stir in melted butter
- Fill non-stick muffin cups with batter, almost to the top
- If adding a streusel topping, now is the time to spoon it on the top
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes, (may need a little longer cooking time) until lightly browned on top
