Quick and easy. Only 3 ingredients. Delicious and moist. So dependable. So versatile. A winner recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup regular sour cream
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup melted unsalted butter
  • Wonderful served when there is no time to make home made rolls
  • For sweet muffins: streusel topping, added flavorings, grated lemon or orange rind, or just plain jellies, jams, preserves
  • SO GOOD! :)

Directions
  1. In large bowl, mix the sour cream and flour
  2. Stir in melted butter
  3. Fill non-stick muffin cups with batter, almost to the top
  4. If adding a streusel topping, now is the time to spoon it on the top
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes, (may need a little longer cooking time) until lightly browned on top
