Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe
This recipe is from McCormick. I've had this recipe for about 10 years. I use the recipe as a guide. I use whatever brand I want.

Ingredients
  • Caesar Dressing:
  • 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Seasoned Pepper Blend
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • Chicken Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Italian Seasoning
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Flour tortillas

Directions
  1. Caesar Dressing:
  2. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Mix oil and seasonings in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  4. Broil on high or grill over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Cut chicken into strips.
  5. Place lettuce and sliced chicken in warmed tortilla. Drizzle with dressing. Fold tortilla over and serve..
