How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 large cookie sheets.
  • Cream margarine with sugar, add egg.
  • Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
  • Mix until uniform.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes (they will look soft but they are done!)

    according to the magazine, it was around 1.7g of fat per cookie but it's been a long time since i've been able to find that issue.... you can go to www.mealographer.com and enter the ingredients, then divide by how many you get out of the recipe. It will give you all the nutritional information, and it is specific to your outcome! :)
