No Bake Butterscotch Peanut Butter Bars Recipe

Easy. Very quick. Delicious little bar.

Ingredients
- 2- 6 ounce packages butterscotch chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 package miniature marshmallows
Directions
- In microwave OR double boiler
- Melt chips, peanut butter and butter
- Cool
- Add vanilla and marshmallows
- Pour into a buttered 9 X 13 inch pan
- Chill, cut into bars

I refuse to make these because I will literally eat the whole pan! We call them confetti squares and sometimes use the colored marshmallows. It's very addictive!
