How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease and flour a 10 inch tube cake pan.
  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating until well-blended after each egg.
  • Stir in extracts.
  • Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture with electric mixture on low speed.
  • Fold in sour cream and peaches.
  • Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake in pre-heated oven for 75 to 85 mimnutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan 5 minutes and then turn out to cool completely.
