Just Peachy Pound Cake

- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 3 cups sugar shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp almond extract shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 cups peeled, finely chopped peaches shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a 10 inch tube cake pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating until well-blended after each egg.
- Stir in extracts.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture with electric mixture on low speed.
- Fold in sour cream and peaches.
- Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake in pre-heated oven for 75 to 85 mimnutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 5 minutes and then turn out to cool completely.
