Green Bean Bundles Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans green beans (or fresh, cooked, green beans, cooled)

1/2 pound center cut bacon

_________________________________________

Sauce:

3 Tbs butter

3 Tbs tarragon vinegar

1 tsp bottled onion juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp paprika

1 Tbs fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

Directions

Drain beans (if using canned)

Divide beans into bundles, using approx. 5 beans per bundle

Wrap beans with one strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick

Broil on a rack until bacon is cooked

To make sauce:

Combine all sauce ingredients in small saucepan

Simmer until hot throughout

Pour sauce over cooked green bean bundles.

Serve hot
