Chicken in Cream Sauce

This recipe can be made to be low fat by using all low fat ingredients...This is a good Sunday Dinner or good for company....
Ingredients
- 8 skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 envelop dry Italian dressing mix shopping list
- 4 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion (green part only) shopping list
- 1/3 cup dry white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lay the chicken breasts in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- In a small sauce pan, heat all other ingredients, except onions and wine, stirring until well blended.
- Add the green onion stems and wine.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for 1 hour.
