How to make it

  • Puree tofu, sugar and cocoa in a food processor until smooth.
  • Melt chocolate over a double boiler.
  • Stir in almond meal until fully incorporated, then remove from heat.
  • Fold in tofu mixture.
  • Chill 4-5 hours, until firm.
  • Using spoons, a melon baller or your hands, roll tofu mixture into small balls and toss with cocoa (or dip in more melted chocolate).
  • Store in fridge.

    Oh Boy! Oh Boy! Oh boy! No wait I think its a girl. lol
    Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have 3 containers of silken tofu that need used by the end of November. And what my boyfriends family don't know won't kill them lol. They all hate Tofu. And that is the ONLY dishes that I am making this year. LOL
