How to make it

  • Chop everything into small chunks.
  • Chop the almonds into small pieces.
  • Peel the jicama using a potato peeler or a knife, then chop into small chunks.
  • Put everything in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the liquids (mayo, vinegar and soy sauce) until you get a consistency you like.
  • For sandwiches, use a bit more mayonaisse; for salad in the bowl, use less.
  • Serve on really nice bread or on a bed of lettuce for lunch.
