The only thing I would suggest would be that you glaze them with chocolate, as follows:
after the final turn and baking, remove from oven and place 8-10 chocolate chips (white too, why not?) on each biscotto. Return to the oven for 1 m to soften the chocolate, then spread it out with a butter knife or spreader if you have one. Let cool thoroughly before storing.

How did I miss this one? Looks fabulous! I really like to pair citrus with coffee (balances out the bitterness) and these look like a great coffee-time (or anytime) treat! I will definitely have to try these. I LOVE blood oranges - such a unique flavor. Thanks for sharing! 5!
