Garlic is usually used around the world for its pungent flavor, as a seasoning or condiment . But garlic rice is something unique and it goes well with Chicken stew .

Ingredients
  • 3 C rice
  • 6 garlic cloves , crushed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp raisin
  • Pinch of food colour

Directions
  1. Fry the garlic in butter and add the rice .
  2. Mix it well until the rice is well coated .
  3. Add 6 C stock and the food colour .
  4. Fry the raisin in oil .
  5. Once the rice is cooked , add the raisins and fluff it .
  6. Serve HOT .
