  • As the hamburger cooks, toast the sourdough bun and chop the bacon into small pieces. When the hamburger has finished cooking, place it on a toasted sourdough bun. Put chopped bacon on top of the hamburger, then add the cheddar cheese. The cheese will hold the chopped bacon in place. Top with fried onion rings.
