Toffee Chocolate Cookie

This is a delicious candy bar that contributes to a delicious cookie.
Ingredients
- 1c plus 1Tbs flour shopping list
- 1/4tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/4tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2c(1 stick) unsalted butter,melted and cooled shopping list
- 1/3c sugar shopping list
- 1/3c packed it. brown sugar shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3.5oz. Green&Black's Toffee milk chocolate bar,cut into small chunks shopping list
How to make it
- Position rack at center of oven. Heat oven to 350. Lightly coat a baking sheet with spray. In a medium bowl,sift together flour,baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat together the melted butter and both sugars for about 2 mins. Add the vanilla and egg and beat till well mixed
- With the mixer on low,add the flour,mixing till just blended. Use a wooden spoon to scoop 11/2" balls of dough and arrange 2" apart on prepared baking sheet. Use the palm of your hand or the bottom of a glass to press the balls until they are about 1/4" thick.
- Bake for 15 to 18 mins,or till lightly brown at the edges. Place the pan on wire rack to cool completely.
- The candy bar is a toffee-studded milk chocolate bar,a crunchy,creamy,sweet treat.
