Kid Pleasing Taco Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Grease pie plate (spray w/ cooking spray).
  • Cook beef in skillet or pot , stirring occasionally, until beef is brown;drain.
  • Stir in seasoning mix (dry).
  • Spread in pie plate.
  • Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended. Pour over cooked beef in pie plate.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Sprinkle w/ cheese.
  • Bake 2-3 minutes more until cheese is melted.
  • Serve w/ toppings of your choice!
