How to make it

  • Make peanut butter glaze by combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium-sized bowl; stir until well-blended. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, brown the peanuts over medium heat; add the salt and Tabasco. Set aside.
  • Place the shrimp onto skewers so that they fit snugly. Grush the glaze onto the shrimp and broil for 1-2 minutes; turn over, and brush on more glaze. Grill until cooked through, daubing on more glaze, if desired. Serve garnished with the peanuts and green onions.
