Angels Corner Georgian Shrimp

- 1 c. smooth peanut butter shopping list
- 2 T. peanut oil shopping list
- 1/2 t. curry powder shopping list
- 1 t. cumin seeds shopping list
- 1/4 t. red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 t. fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 1/4 t. Tabasco shopping list
- 12 medium-sized shrimp, peeled, deveined, butterflied shopping list
- 3 green onions, cut into thin strips shopping list
How to make it
- Make peanut butter glaze by combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium-sized bowl; stir until well-blended. Set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the peanuts over medium heat; add the salt and Tabasco. Set aside.
- Place the shrimp onto skewers so that they fit snugly. Grush the glaze onto the shrimp and broil for 1-2 minutes; turn over, and brush on more glaze. Grill until cooked through, daubing on more glaze, if desired. Serve garnished with the peanuts and green onions.
