Sherry Chicken

- 1 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 6 to 8 pieces chicken parts shopping list
- 1 cup dry sherry shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- rice or noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly brown chicken in oil in skillet or dutch oven if you are going to bake this in the dutch oven.
- Combine the browned chicken and remaining ingredients in the dutch oven or a large casserole. DO NOT COVER.
- Bake for 90 minutes.
- Enjoy the wonderful aroma that emanates from your oven.
- Prepare rice or noodles.
- Serve with sauce over rice or noodles.
- Modestly accept accolades from your family and friends.
