Ingredients
  • 3/4 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 T. unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 T. gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 4 T. chardonnay wine (or other white wine)
  • juice of 2 fresh lemons
  • juice of 2 fresh limes
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • 24 large shrimp, shelled and deveined

Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl put the first 7 ingredients and mix until well blended. Place the shrimp in a large skillet, cover with the sauce and saute on medium heat until the shrimp are opaque, about 2-3 minutes. (do not leave on heat because this sauce burns and browns quickly.) Serve on plates with sauce drizzled over.
