Port Wine Prawns

- 12 tiger prawns shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- bay leaf shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- paprika shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup port wine shopping list
- 1 spoon of butter shopping list
How to make it
- Take the prawns body shell and leave the tail end and head.
- Season with minced garlic, bay leaf, salt, pepper and paprika to your own taste.
- Fry a chopped onion in 3 table spoons of olive oil. Don't let it burn! Add the prawns and cook it one minute each side.
- Add the port wine and let it cook (depending on the size of the prawns) for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Take the prawns to a serving dish and let the sauce on the frying pan cook so it reduces a bit.
- Add the butter and take the pan of the heat so it melts evenly.
- Put it over your prawns and it's ready!
