How to make it

  • Take the prawns body shell and leave the tail end and head.
  • Season with minced garlic, bay leaf, salt, pepper and paprika to your own taste.
  • Fry a chopped onion in 3 table spoons of olive oil. Don't let it burn! Add the prawns and cook it one minute each side.
  • Add the port wine and let it cook (depending on the size of the prawns) for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Take the prawns to a serving dish and let the sauce on the frying pan cook so it reduces a bit.
  • Add the butter and take the pan of the heat so it melts evenly.
  • Put it over your prawns and it's ready!
