Dark Chocolate Mousse

- half pound dark chocolate (suitable for cooking) shopping list
- 2 tea spoons butter shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 table spoons port wine shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate together with butter in bain-marie.
- Mix yolks with port wine.
- Whip egg whites into a firm foam.
- Now mix chocolate and yolks into a nice paste.
- Gently incorporate the egg whites (meringue) on the chocolate paste.
- Put it on a large bowl or 6 individual tiny bowls and cool it for at least 2 hours before serving.
