Ingredients

1 pt water

3 tb coffee

3 tb sugar

1/4 ts cinnamon

1/4 ts cardamom

1 ts vanilla or vanilla sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until foam gathers on top. Do not pass through a filter. Stir it up before you serve it.
