How to make it

  • Trim excess fat off chops and cut into stew size pieces
  • Lightly brown in skillet and place in the bottom of crock-pot
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork
  • Cook 6 hours on low.
  • Great when served over garlic mashed potatoes

    I made this once and didn't quite have
    enough so this time I used 2 packs onion
    mix 2 cans soup and 10 1/2 ounces of
    water. So hopefully I have enough this
    time. It was really good last time so
    hopefully it'll be just as good or better
    this time.
