Tzatziki Greek-Turkish

- 4 cucumbers shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- 2 cups yogurt, or yogurt and sour cream mixed shopping list
- In a small bowl, mash the garlic with the olive oil, salt and pepper shopping list
- Stir in the cucumbers and yogurt shopping list
- Serve as a dip with crackers or raw vegetables shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and seed the cucumbers, and put through a fine grater (not a blender)
- Allow to drain in a colander until the juices have stopped running
- Chill, covered, for 1 hour or more
- ENJOY!
