Light and fluffy fritters with a pancake attitude.

Ingredients
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 21/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tbls. sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Directions
  1. Mix baking powder with well beaten egg yolks. Add flour, salt,sugar and milk.Mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop by tabls. into deep fry until brown. Serve with maple syrup. Serves 6 good breakfast eaters.
