How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Use a handmixer, whisk attachment on a stick blender or hand whisk or fork. By hand it will take a bit to get it smooth.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
  • Apply with pastry brush.

    Yes indeed, it never hurts to have this handy! I remember so many years ago when all we had was waxed paper! It worked all right, but still, many things had a 'waxy' taste and appearance on their crust!
    I love using olive oil and rice flour for greasing my pans, but one can never have too many different ways of doing it!! High Five! :+D
