How to make it

  • Drain the peppers.
  • Cut lengthwise to form 2 halves.
  • Spread "artistically" on a serving dish.
  • Drain the anchovies and put 1 fillet on top ov each half pepper.
  • Chop however much garlic you want.
  • Scatter it over the peppers/anchovies.
  • Drizzle over with plenty of olive oil.
  • Let it rest for at least half-hour, for the flavors to merge.
  • Serve wit crusty bread to mop up the olive oil.
