Pimentos com Anchovas - Peppers with Anchovies

- 1 can roasted red peppers shopping list
- 1 can anchovies in brine shopping list
- Chopped garlic shopping list
- The best olive oil you can find shopping list
- crusty bread shopping list
How to make it
- Drain the peppers.
- Cut lengthwise to form 2 halves.
- Spread "artistically" on a serving dish.
- Drain the anchovies and put 1 fillet on top ov each half pepper.
- Chop however much garlic you want.
- Scatter it over the peppers/anchovies.
- Drizzle over with plenty of olive oil.
- Let it rest for at least half-hour, for the flavors to merge.
- Serve wit crusty bread to mop up the olive oil.
