Graham Cracker Pie Crust Recipe
This is a great pie crust. I have even prepared it in a pie dish and frozen it ahead for when I want to bake a pie because it just gets chilled, once pressed into the greased pie dish, until you're ready to fill it. It is delicious, too.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 8 Tbsp sweet butter, melted
  • (sprinkle in some powdered ginger, too, if you enjoy the flavor as I do)

Directions
  1. Generously butter a 9" baking dish.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish and up the sides evenly to form the crust.
  4. Chill until your filling is ready and follow that recipe's directions.
