Makes Its Own Crust Custard Pie

- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 (13-ounce) can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3 tablespoons melted margarine shopping list
- ground nutmeg to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Grease and flour a 9-inch glass piepan. Be sure all areas are well covered.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend 30 seconds.
- Pour into piepan, and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Pie will rise but will settle as it cools and form a light crust.
- Yield: one 9-inch pie.
