How to make it
- Combine sugar, syrup and water in saucepan. Bring to boil, cook to a firm ball stage (252F).
- Combine egg whites that have been beaten very stiff and Jello and beat until peaks form.
- Pour hot syrup into egg white/Jello combination.
- Fold in coconut and nuts if desired.
- Spoon onto parchment paper or pour into greased pan
- Let cool and cut into squares if in pan.
- May be frozen.
