How to make it

  • Gently remove stems from mushrooms and discard.
  • Combine your cheese, mayo, onion and bacon.
  • Stir thoroughly.
  • Fill caps (mound them up)
  • The recipe calls for a 10x6x2 pan but I've used all different sizes depending on how many mushrooms I was making.
  • Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
  • I have made about 15-20 mushrooms in one recipe (depends on the size of the mushroom).
