Stuffed Mushrooms

- 4 slices of bacon (fried, drained & crumbled) shopping list
- Large (8 oz) fresh white button mushrooms (cleaned, stems removed) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mayonaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (marble or mont. jack) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped sweet onion shopping list
How to make it
- Gently remove stems from mushrooms and discard.
- Combine your cheese, mayo, onion and bacon.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Fill caps (mound them up)
- The recipe calls for a 10x6x2 pan but I've used all different sizes depending on how many mushrooms I was making.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
- I have made about 15-20 mushrooms in one recipe (depends on the size of the mushroom).
