How to make it

  • filling: melt chocolate over a bowl of barely simmering water. in electric mixer beat cream cheese till fluffy. add sugar, whole eggs, yolks, flour, vanilla. add chocolate in a slow stream. beat till filling is combined well. scatter raspberries over a graham cracker crust. pour filling over raspberries. bake at 250 for 1 hour or till top is firm. let cool on a rack. chill covered overnight. loosen side of pan.
