Meatloaf

- 1 lb. ground chuck shopping list
- 1 lb. ground pork shopping list
- 1 onion, minced shopping list
- 2 large celery stalks, diced shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 2 tbs. butter shopping list
- 1/2 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. thyme shopping list
- ketchup to coat meatloaf shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion, celery, and garlic in butter until transparent.
- Once cooled, mix with ground chuck, pork, bread crumbs, thyme and egg.
- After it's well mixed, shape into a loaf in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for an hour, uncovered.
- About 10 minutes before it's done, take out and coat top with ketchup, return to oven to finish baking.
