Ingredients
  • 1 Lb sliced cooked corn Beef
  • 5 large ripe tomatoes sliced thin
  • Pats of butter{Depends on layers wanted}
  • 1 large bottle Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 large can saurkraut rinsed and drained
  • 1 box seasoned rye crisp crackers
  • Swiss Cheese

Directions
  1. In a large Casserole dish layer as follows:
  2. Saurkraut, sliced tomatoes pats of butter thousand Isalnd dressing corn beef cheese crackers{crumbled}
  3. Repeat layers Bake untill cheese is melted at 350 degrees{APP> 20 Minutes}

Momo, I love this recipe, do I need the butter? And what kind of seasoned rye crackers? I don't think I have ever seen them. I would love to make this, thanks.....:)


Gagrits you can use any rye crackers if cant find them substitue some other cracker. Sas you can leave off tomatoe I like tomatoes on mine but dont have to use them. thanks to all for comments and ratings hugs momo
