Ingredients

1 Lb sliced cooked corn Beef

5 large ripe tomatoes sliced thin

Pats of butter{Depends on layers wanted}

1 large bottle Thousand Island dressing

1 large can saurkraut rinsed and drained

1 box seasoned rye crisp crackers

Swiss Cheese

Directions

In a large Casserole dish layer as follows:

Saurkraut, sliced tomatoes pats of butter thousand Isalnd dressing corn beef cheese crackers{crumbled}

Repeat layers Bake untill cheese is melted at 350 degrees{APP> 20 Minutes}

Gagrits you can use any rye crackers if cant find them substitue some other cracker. Sas you can leave off tomatoe I like tomatoes on mine but dont have to use them. thanks to all for comments and ratings hugs momo
