Apple Pecan Pound Cake

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 3 cups Granny Smith apples; peeled and finely diced shopping list
- 1 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sugar and oil, add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, soda and
- salt. Add flour mixture to beaten egg mixture. Stir in vanilla, apples
- and pecans. Mix well. Spoon batter into a greased tube or Bundt pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Allow cake to cool
- before removing from pan. Dust with confectioners' sugar or drizzle a glaze of confectioners' sugar and milk over the top of the cake.
