Loris Italian Pasta Salad

- 1 lb. box of bow tie pasta (cooked and drained according to the package) shopping list
- 1 sm. can of sliced black olives drained shopping list
- 1 jar (about 12 oz) of roasted red peppers (drained and sliced into strips shopping list
- 1 jar (about 12 oz) of marinated artichokes (drained and rough chop) shopping list
- 1 pt. of grape or cherry tomatoes rinsed and halved shopping list
- 1 sm. container of boccacini mozzerella (small mozz. balls) drained from their liquid shopping list
- 1/4 lb. genoa salami cut into small strips shopping list
- 1/4 lb. chunk of provolone cheese cut into small chunks (or more if desired) shopping list
- 1/2 (8 oz) bottle of balsamic vinegrette shopping list
- 1/2 (8 oz) bottle of House Italian dressing ( I like Newmans) shopping list
- fresh basil shopping list
How to make it
- Toss pasta with all in gredients except the fresh basil. Use more or less dressing to taste.
- I usually make this salad the day before serving and add more dressing as needed as the pasta absorbs some dressing overnight.
- Add chopped fresh basil before serving.
- Enjoy!
