Bread Machine Cranberry Cinnamon Bread

this is another recipe from that berry site... I like the fact that it has lemon peel rather than the orange peel... but than I like lemon more than orange !!!
Ingredients
- 1/2 TBSP. yeast shopping list
- 2 1/4 cup flour, bread shopping list
- 1 TBSP. sugar shopping list
- 1 TBSP. Peel, lemon, grated shopping list
- 1 TBSP. milk, powdered shopping list
- 1/2 TBSP. salt shopping list
- 1 teasp. cinnamon, ground shopping list
- 1 TBSP. oil shopping list
- 1 1/8 cup Water; warm shopping list
- 1 cup Cranberries; frozen or fresh shopping list
- ............................................ shopping list
- you could substitute orange for the lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Bring ingredients except cranberries to room temp and add to machine, in order. Set darkness control to 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and press Start. Set cranberries out to thaw. Add cranberries at beep, 88 minutes into cycle.
